The Company

Aprelskoe Limited is developing two highly prospective gold licences in the Kyrgyz Republic.

The Aprelskoe deposits are located in the south west corner of the Kyrgyz Republic in Central Asia

The Company holds two contiguous licences regionally located in the central part of the Tien Shan Gold Belt, specifically the Southern Tien Shan. The Tien Shan Gold Belt is over 2,500 km long and extends from western China through southern Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Tajikistan, to western Uzbekistan.

The belt hosts several significant gold deposits and operating gold mines, including Kumtor, Jerooy, Makmal (Kyrgyzstan), Kochbulak and Muruntau (Uzbekistan). The number of operating mines as well as active projects confirms the Tien Shan Gold Belt as one of the most prospective gold belts in the world.

Location of the Aprelskoe project in relation to the Tien Shan Gold Belt and significant regional gold deposits.

The Company intends to initiate an intensive drilling exploration programme and is targeting an increase in the mineral resource base of its licences to a JORC indicated mineral resource of 400-500 koz at a grade of 2-3 g/t Au.

Upon a successful completion of the drilling programme, the Company plans to commission a series of studies which are expected to lead to the completion of a feasibility study, conducted to bankable standards. It is expected that completion of a feasibility study will allow for the design, finance, construction and commissioning of a producing mine.
